obituary

The blogosphere passed away sometime between January 24th and Febuary 1st, after a struggle with illness that began with the new year and was possibly fueled by an unfortunate event on the eighth of January. Exact time of death is unknown. Causes are up for speculation but popular opinion attributes the demise of the blogosphere to factors including an inhumane amount of homework and gym cramps from a new school semester and general lame uneventfulness in the lives of the bloggers, among other factors unbeknownst to this reporter. Prior to its mysterious passing, the blogosphere witnessed many great times (both greatly great and greatly terrible) and spoke many beautiful words. It was a kind listener, a gentle source of comfort, and a steadying force in times of change and turmoil. Above all, the blogosphere had a knack for bringing people together, binding them with it's golden rope of Georgia font and slow-loading pages, keeping it's visitors forever intertwined despite the miles that seperated them. It will be greatly missed. The blogosphere is survived by this reporter, Heather, and (presumably) Anna and Emilea. Funeral and memorial services are to be announced.

....

Rumor has it that the blogosphere may not be completely dead. It might only be mostly dead, in which case there is chance of survival, as long as it has a reason to live, After all, it has survived much worse than mostly-death. And I've heard the blogosphere was a great believer in reincarnation. This reporter is determined to do all she can to revive it. :)

Hahahahaha. I think I can, in fact, smell what Obama's cooking. =)

Sorry for the (possible) death of the blogosphere. I guess I should aid in its recovery, right?

I was going to perform CPR on the blogosphere. But I prefer Emilea's reference to the BEST-MOVIE-EVER instead.

I will, first and foremost, comment on all the posts I read and then forgot to comment on. The death of the blogosphere is partly due to my carelessness.

For that, I apologize.

Still awaiting audition information in the mail.
